Can I return or exchange a gift?

We offer gift returns in the form of eGift Cards to use towards the purchase of any item on our website.

We do not provide direct gift exchanges. You will need to return your gift for an eGift Card and use it to purchase another item.

You will need two numbers to begin a gift return:

  1. Order Number, which is listed on your shipping label after "PO" under your address.
  2. Zip Code of the shipping address.

What is your return or exchange policy?

We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days for items purchased at getbanks.co. Items must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging and tags.

We offer four options for returns and exchanges.

  1. Exchange for another color and/or size
  2. Exchange for a new style
  3. Return for store credit
  4. Return for a refund back to the original payment method.

We will begin processing your new order or email your eGift Card as soon as the Return Bar processes your exchange.

Shipping charges are not refundable. All sales are final for international orders. We do not offer returns or exchanges.

When will I receive my Refund, Exchange, or eGift Card Refund?

If you ship your return back to us, as soon as it is received:

  1. You will receive your refund
  2. We will begin processing your new order
  3. You will receive your eGift Card Refund

You will receive a confirmation email when processing is complete.

Free Shipping on $120+ Orders

We offer free ground shipping on all domestic (U.S.) orders $120+. After your payment is verified, most orders ship within one business day from our warehouse in Salt Lake City, UT.

When will my order ship?

Tracking information will be sent via email as soon as your order is processed at our Salt Lake City, UT Facility. Typically the next business day!

Where will my order ship from?

All of our orders are shipped from our Distribution Center in Salt Lake City, UT.

Which days do you deliver?

Most of our orders are delivered by FedEx or UPS, and they deliver packages Monday−Saturday. Delivery is between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. Reference the estimated delivery date in checkout. Note: Shipments are only picked up Monday−Friday.

Order changes or cancellations

We immediately send each order to our distribution center to begin processing and preparing it for shipment. We move as fast as possible, so we cannot change or cancel anything on your order. Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We do offer free 30-day returns and exchanges to accommodate any changes you wish to make.

We will send you an email as soon as your order ships with a tracking number to follow your shipment from our distribution center to your front door. When you receive your order, you can begin the return or exchange by clicking the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Are all your hats waterproof?

All styles, unless specified otherwise, are water repellent and designed specifically for use in the water.

How do I clean my Banks Hat?

We recommend spot cleaning with a damp white cloth and soap. Dab from the edges of the stain working from the outside toward the center to keep the stained area from getting larger.

What's the sizing on Banks Hats?

Our "Small" styles are 56cm in circumference, our "Classic" styles are 58cm in circumference and "XL" styles are 60cm in circumference when the snap is flush on all pegs.

Banks headwear is guaranteed against manufacturer’s defects for 1 year from the date of purchase. Let's get it replaced!
